The establishment of TransAfrica Company which is jointly owned by SAY Company and Transmed Lebanon (www.transmed.com). TransAfrica signed Agency & Distribution Agreement with Proctor & Gamble (P&G), the US Giant company which specializes in consumers beauty, grooming, house care products (their range of products is inclusive of world famous brands such as Dunhill perfumes, Camay beauty soap, Tide cleaning soap, etc…), and their products are widely spread over 150 countries (http://www.pg.com). TransAfrica distributes their products to the local large hypermarkets and retailer shops. TransAfric has duly opened a distribution and sales office in Juba – South Sudan.
