Our Parent Company, namely, Salih Abdelrahman Yagoub Company Limited (SAY Co. Ltd), was principally incepted since early 1960. In 1986 the company reshaped its structure and has been specialist in export and import. In 1987 the company made strategic decision to expand its scope of work by exploring and investing in diversified lines of businesses through partnerships and joint ventures with local Sudanese investors, international companies, and financial organizations. Today SAY Co. has positioned its ranking as one of the Sudanese leading companies in many fields of business from import, export, trading, industrial, and services sectors, through successful partnerships and joint ventures.
SAY Co. main strategy is to grow through incremental expansion of its existing operations as well as development, commercialization, and marketing of various products, local and international opportunities.
The Group vision and focus on industrial investments has positioned the Group at the helm of family owned and operated manufacturing industries in the country. The Group has established the first Gum Arabic processing factory in Africa “Afritec Ingredients Factory, partnership with Nexira International – France”, the first factory in Sudan for processing the nutritional solutions for the treatment and prevention of malnutrition “Samil Industries, partnership with Onyx Dèveloppement France”, and has a major contribution in the largest meat and food processing complexes factories across the country “Looli Food Industries, partnership with local partners”.
